Vineyards sited mainly on clayey and calcareous soils on a south – east exposure and an average altitude of 450 mt. The training system is the espalier with cordon spur pruning. The planting density is of 3.000 vines/hectare on average and a yeld of about 7.000 kg/ha and 2.5 kg/vine

The maceration and fermentation takes places in stainless steel tanks at no controlled temperature for about 25 days. The wines are aged for about 36 months in oak barrels.Refines for at least 24 months in the bottle before release
