Vineyards sited mainly on clayey and calcareous hilly soils on a south – east exposure and an average altitude of 400 mt. The training system is the espalier with Guyot pruning. The planting density is of 2.500 vines/hectare on average and a yeld of about 7.000 kg/ha and 2.2 kg/vine

Light pressing of the whole grapes. The fermentation takes places in thermo- conditioned stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature between 14-16 °C (60%) and in new oak barrels (40%). The wines are aged for 8 months on fine lees. Refines for at least 45 days in the bottle
