The Owner does not share a list of different collected Data.
The collected Personal Data are freely given from the User, on the website are not present the contact form but just exclusively address, email company’s owner direct contact.
Users who will have doubts about which Data mandatory are, are encouraged to contact the Owner and to ask the cancellation between email.
The User takes his responsibility about personal data published or shared between the use of link of sharing present on the website (Facebook, Instagram, Google) and guarantees to have his right to communicate or to disseminate it, releasing the owner of every single responsibility to third parties.

The treatment is realized between informatic instrument, with methods of organization matched with the finality showed by the user, at the moment of the form’s completion contact (for example for all the information the user asks during the form’s completion or by email sent directly).
In addition to the Owner, in some case, people who are involved in the company (administration, commercial area, marketing, legal area, admin) could have direct access to Data. The updated list of responsible could be demanded to the Owner of the treatment.
Just with the previous agreement of the Users, Ldl Project will send occasionally information of products, services, special promotions, events. The User could ask to receive these emails and campaigns in the contact page. The User has the possibility to renounce on this kind of services and communication in each single moment.

The rights are treated at the operation premises of the Owner.
Users’s personal data could be transferred in another different Country from the one where the user is based, if the user with his agreement uses link of sharing (facebook, Instagram, google), freeing the owner to the responsibility to third parties.
Period of retention
Data are treated and kept during the requested time for the finality they are collected. The user/client could ask in every moment the cancellation from an informatic instrument of the company which will be finalized in a short time.
As soon as possible will be activated the cryptography of the services between Secure Socket Layer (SSL). With every possible effort it does not exist measure of protection absolutely inaccessible.
Therefore:
Personal data collected, by direct contact, by email concerning the activity to do or the information between the Owner and the User will be kept at the moment of the finalization of the execution of that kind of operation. Right of the User

Right of rectification (art. 16 of RGDP): User has his right to ask the rectification of his uncorrected personal data.
Right of cancellation (art. 17 of RGDP): User has his own right to ask the cancellation of his personal data or if his data are not more necessary on the finality which are been collected or if he revoke his agreement on which is based the treatment in accordance with the Article 6 (1) (a) of RGDP and whenever there is not a legal foundation.
Right of the restriction of the treatment (art. 18 of RGDP): User has his right to ask to the Owner to limit the treatment of his personal data in specific circumstance, for example if considers that his personal data are treated or uncorrected or illegal.
Right on the limitation of the treatment (art. 18 of the RGDP): User has his right to ask to the Owner to restrict the treatment of personal data in specific circumstance, for example if he considers his data uncorrected or illegal.
Right on the portability of the right (art. 20 of the RGDP): in some case, the User has the right to receive the personal rights he gave, in a structured format, of common use and susceptible of automatized lecture and has the right to diffuse that kind of information to another owner of the treatment without obstacles and to ask to the owner to diffuses this information too.
Right of opposition (art. 21 RGDP): User has his own right to oppose himself to the treatment of the personal rights in specific circumstance, particularly if the treatment of personal data is founded on the right interest (art. 6 (1) of RGDP) or if these data are used with marketing finality.
In that case, the Owner will not treat the data with any other purpose if not just his conservation.
Right of the user to lodge a complaint
The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the authority of supervision, of the State member of the UE where he has his residence, if he considers that the treatment of his datas violates the laws focused on datas protection and to send a request to info@ldlproject.com. The owner improves himself to fix the complaint focused on privacy. The Owner of the data improves himself to answer to the complaint in short time.
How to exercise the rights.
To exercise the rights of the User, Users could address a request to the contact of the Owner indicated in that document. The requests are freely deposited and evaded from the Owner as quickly as possible, within one month.
